Despite investing in modern technology, the company still keeps part of the traditional hand-making process such as roasting combining electricity and charcoal to keep the temperature even, maintaining the right temperature. Besides, during roasting, Experienced roasters can check the ripeness of the coffee beans to make sure the beans reach the required maturity level.
