To get the taste of Huy Tung branded coffee, Huy Tung Company selects ingredients from famous coffee growing regions in Ea H'leo (Dak Lak province) and Bien Ho (Gia Lai province). The raw coffees are carefully selected from traditional suppliers. The coffee production process combines traditional machinery and craftsmanship. First, raw coffee after being selected and classified will be put into the roasting oven for about 55 minutes, with a temperature of about 2280C. After that, the coffee is cooled and mixed with butter, ingredients, and put in a barrel for 3 days. After that, the coffee beans are transferred to the final grinding and bagging process. Despite investing in modern technology, the company still keeps part of the traditional hand-making process such as roasting combining electricity and charcoal to keep the temperature even, maintaining the right temperature. Besides, during roasting, Experienced roasters can check the ripeness of the coffee beans to make sure the beans reach the required maturity level. Thanks to that, the company's products always keep their own characteristics and strong flavor.
