Cindy Chung (Founder & Beautician) A Saigon native who lived and studied esthetics in Toronto, Canada. After receiving her education in esthetics, she received hands on experience by working in some of Toronto’s top spas. In November of 1996, YKC opened its doors for the first time. After several years of being in business, Cindy noticed that YKC’s original facility was unable to accommodate to its quickly growing clientele. With over 16 years of experience, Cindy is still very meticulous with YKC and personally trains the entire staff herself. It is also very important to her that her staff is like one big family so that when customers arrive they feel at home. Cindy strives to set YKC apart from any other spa through its extraordinary service. YKC staff strives to be extremely sensitive to your needs while making the extra effort in order to provide you with the utmost pleasant experience possible. “If you’re thirsty, we’ll pour you a drink and if you’re hungry, we’ll serve you a snack.” This is just a small example of the kind of service Cindy teaches her staff, service that touches the heart…
