Privé was born from pure generosity, a whole-hearted sentiment that fuels all the staffs and managers of Privé.
We first came to Vietnam a few years ago with my husband and our two dogs. I have spent a couple hundred dollars in salons and spas in Vietnam but I never felt like the service was really worth the money. In Asia, hygiene is pretty much of a big deal and much was left to be done. Products are often fake, and service is most of the time non-existing for tourists because of the “they won’t come back anyways”. I have experienced being ripped off and many others too. The experience of a luxury spa and nails was yet to be found. After a while, we decided to create a new concept of nails & spa with my hubby. We wanted a place where families and travelers could relax, businesswomen (and men) could enjoy some tranquil time out of the crowd of the busy megacity. We wanted a place where respect for our Guests and highest level of services go together. We wanted to reshape the industry, create new standards of hygiene and offer something different to the lovely people around us. We wanted a place where Guests satisfaction would always come first. This is who we are. This is our philosophy.
