In Asia, hygiene is pretty much of a big deal and much was left to be done. Products are often fake, and service is most of the time non-existing for tourists because of the “they won’t come back anyways”. I have experienced being ripped off and many others too. The experience of a luxury spa and nails was yet to be found. After a while, we decided to create a new concept of nails & spa with my hubby. We wanted a place where families and travelers could relax, businesswomen (and men) could enjoy some tranquil time out of the crowd of the busy megacity. We wanted a place where respect for our Guests and highest level of services go together.
